Newmark Intelligence was built inside Newmark Group (NASDAQ: NMRK) to fix the top of the commercial brokerage funnel — and then deliberately designed to be licensed outward to the firms that compete with CBRE and JLL but can’t build their own AI infrastructure.

We are not another per-building chatbot. We are not a CRM wearing an AI hat. We are the intelligence and action layer that runs the entire deal lifecycle — from first inbound inquiry to signed lease — exposed as SaaS, REST, and MCP so any agent or tool can plug in.

The window is 18–24 months before the other enterprise firms either build or acquire equivalents. Our advantage is speed and Newmark’s proprietary deal data — years of comp history, tenant-movement patterns, and landlord relationships that no startup can replicate.
